I snapped a photo of the Zia symbol, which emblazons the New Mexico flag, with my phone. It reminded me that I'm not the only New Mexican walking around the middle of Missouri.
However, I was heartsick when I returned recently to find the artwork altered...
I refuse to silence my state pride!
