San Juan County Sheriff Bob Melton points out the car of Fabian Lucero, who died Dec. 24, 2005, when his car rolled over during a police pursuit. In reviewing this video captured from the patrol car of Deputy Steve Jackson, Melton said Lucero was driving irractically and was a suspected drunken driver.
